1) I don't understand the pricing. What do I get for the $29.99 fee?

The $29.99 fee is the cost to produce the Gigantikes image. It is similar to a sitting fee at a portrait studio. Our technicians produce your Giganikes image and store it on our secure server for you to access.

2) How long will it take to receive my Gigantikes merchandise?

Each piece we create is different. Please allow from 2 to 3 weeks to receive your order. Allow more time before and during the holiday season.

3) How will I know if my Gigantikes order will look good?

Our Lab Manager and Gigantikes Team are world class at their craft. If our Lab Manager believes you will not be satisfied with your order, you will receive an email. The email will contain information about your Gigantikes order and the reasons we recommend choosing other photos. Your order will be put on hold and your credit card will not be charged until you respond to the email request. To learn how to choose better photos, go to the photo upload guide for instructions.

4) Why can't I see my Gigantikes image online before I buy it?

As of this time, we cannot offer this service. All Gigantikes images are custom work and are created specifically for you. Go to the take a look! link to get an idea of a Giganikes image with the same location photo you ordered would look like.

5) Can I order a Gigantikes image with more than one person in it?

Yes. The charge is $5.00 per extra person or animal in the Gigantikes image. Example: Triplets in a Gigantikes image would cost $29.99 for the first person, $5.00 for the second person and $5.00 for the third person. Total Gigantikes image cost would be $39.99. Please contact for special group rates (over 3 people.)

6) Can I send a film photograph or negative?

Sorry, we cannot produce work from film or photos at this time. Digital photos only.

7) I have a funny digital picture of my friend at a party. It is blurry because it was taken at night and it is a little dark. Can Gigantikes fix the photo and make a Gigantikes image from it?

We probably cannot fix the photo and we would not recommend using it. Please read the photo upload guide to determine if a photo will make a good Gigantikes image.

8) Can I return an item?

Since all merchandise is custom work, returns can only be made if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. Gigantikes is not responsible for damage incurred in shipping. Go to our returns/exchanges page to email our customer service department.

9) Can I download my Gigantikes images?

No, for copyright reasons you may not download Gigantikes images. Please read the terms of service for details.

10) Can I order a different caption on one of my Gigantikes images?

Yes you can. Simply add the text when ordering your merchandise that you would like printed on or, if ordering note or greeting cards, inside the image.
