To help us give you better results, please read the tips below before uploading your photos.
We will not use professional studio portraits, registered, copyrighted, trademarked, or professional images (unless a copyright release is submitted with a photographer, studio or artist's signature). We reserve the right to request a copyright release at any time, or decline the use of a photo.

Try to choose an action shot in natural or outdoor light. Avoid flash photos in dark or moody lighting conditions.
Choose a picture which is evenly lit.
A photo of the subject looking somewhere other than the camera is best.
We will use only one person/animal per Gigantikes image. If you would like more than one person/animal in the Gigantikes image, please make a note in the instruction box when you upload the photos. The charge will be an additional $5.00 for every person/animal extra. For group shots, please email for a special rate.
If there are multiple people in the photos you are uploading, please crop the photo or indicate which person you would like to be in the Gigantikes image. (example: type, "the 8 year old boy in the red shirt" in the instruction box on the upload page).
If any part of the head, hands, front paws, flippers, tentacles or antennae are cut off or not showing in the photo, choose to send a different photo.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone uploading photos which may be considered offensive or are illegal. Please read the agreement and check the box stating that you will abide by the Terms of Service.
- Upload HIGH RESOLUTION color digital files of following format: jpg, jpeg, psd, eps, pict, tif, or any standard digital camera file type
- Do not send LOW RESOLUTION (below 1MB uncompressed) photos.
- Sorry, no camera phone photos.
- No film negative, video captures, slides or print submissions.
- We will not improve, correct or repair photos which are blurry, grainy, poorly exposed, are damaged, have 'red eye' or are otherwise of poor quality.
- If you have photos of a human or animal from head to toe, standing or sitting, you can choose any of our locations.
- If you have photos of a human or animal from the waist up ONLY, choose one of the following location photos:

The Tower of London and Parliament Buildings, U.K.
The San Francisco Capital Building, California
The White House, Washington D.C.
Post Office, Pine Brook, N.J.
Giants Stadium, N.J. - If you are not sure which background photo to use, let us decide. Let us know this in the instructions box when you order.
- Please note: We may flip (mirror image) your digital photo to make it more effective in the background you choose. If there are words on the photo, such as writing on a t-shirt or hat, we will not flip the photo.
